Recipe Ingredients for EW-O: (2-EW+1-WE)

90 g 100% liquid egg whites
1 egg, whole
1 tsp chopped basil
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for EW-O: (2-EW+1-WE)

  1. heat non stick skillet

  2. add canola oil (spray is better that liquid!)

  3. add basil and garlic (packaged, frozen, separated into tsp segments)

  4. cover and turn off heat - let basil/garlic cook slightly

  5. add egg whites
