4 oz (raw) Chicken
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for evoo garlic chicken cutlet

  1. preheat oven to 425

  2. crush garlic and combine with olive oil

  3. heat oil a little to infuse flavor

  4. mix breadcrumbs and garlic powder

  5. dip chicken in oil than breadcrumbs and lay on baking pan.

  6. bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken no longer pink
