Delicious, substantial, low-cal home made dinner treat! Multiply recipe (I used two cans of beans to make six burgers in all) and store in the fridge for several days what you haven't cooked yet!

Recipe Ingredients for eve's home made black bean burger

1 tbsp onion, chopped
1/3 cups black beans
1 g. garlic salt
1 tbsp bleached wheat flour
45 g. Nature's Own Light Wheat Bread
2 tbsp thousand island dressing
1 tbsp veganaise
2 leafs lettuce

Recipe Directions for eve's home made black bean burger

  1. drain black beans

  2. mash together with small amount of flour, onions, garlic salt and pepper

  3. fry to heat in non-stick pan

  4. serve on light wheat bread with lettuce, vegan mayo and thousand island dressing

  5. enjoy!
