As the name suggests this is just everyhting available thrown in a pot

Recipe Ingredients for Everything soup

3 carrots
2 zucchini
1 sweet potato
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 bulb fennel
6 celery stalks
1 cup split peas
1/2 cup barley
400 g tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
4 cups stock

Recipe Directions for Everything soup

Find whatever veggies and legumes are available. Cut up whatever necessary. Throw onion, garlic etc in pot with oil and saute until browned. Add water or stock and other veggies + legumes and cook until everything is tender.
