my own version of a healthy migas.

Recipe Ingredients for Everything Eggs

3 egg whites
1/4 cup spinach leaves
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 oz onions
1 oz low fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Everything Eggs

  1. chop spinach.

  2. chop onions in medium dice.

  3. warm pan.

  4. combine all but cheese in a bowl.

  5. pour in pan and cook until just done.

  6. put on a plate and finish off with cheddar cheese on top.
