chocolate chip, coconut, pecan, cranberry cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Everything cookies

3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups turbinado sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
3 eggs
1 tbl vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Everything cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In large bowl mix dry ingredients.

  3. Beat wet ingredients, add to dry ingredients and stir.

  4. Add chocolate chips, cocount flakes, pecans and cranberries, mix.

  5. Prepare cookie sheets w/ vegetable spray.

  6. Form dough balls by rounded tablespoon, place on cookie sheet w/ room to spread, flatten slightly.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
