Nice side salad that is filling without lettuce. I've made a BIG version of this for parties and it is gone at the end of the party.

1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
2 Medium Tomatoes
0.25 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
1 serving Dressing

Cut up all ingredients and toss together.
