This is what I make when I can't cook but want something fast, nutritious, and filling. You can also use corn instead of peas or add rice. Greek yogurt is a good substitute for the cottage cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Everything Black Bean Bowl

0.5 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
0.5 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Salsa
2 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Peas, Green
0.25 cup chopped raw White Pearl Onions

Recipe Directions for Everything Black Bean Bowl

  1. Dump all ingredients besides cottage cheese into a bowl and mix.

  2. Microwave for 3 minutes or until warm.

  3. Top with cottage cheese and enjoy.
