Stirfry made from things you can get in your local market. Mirin, low sodium soy sauce, sesame seed and sesame oil can be had for cheap in an asian grocery store and last for a long time.

Recipe Ingredients for Everyday Stirfry

1 tsp garlic
1 onion
1 green pepper
8 oz chicken breast
1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
1/4 cup cashews
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Everyday Stirfry

  1. Chop everything into even pieces.

  2. Add oil to wok and heat to med-high heat.

  3. Once the oil moves quickly, add garlic stir until aromatic.

  4. Add the pepper and onion

  5. Add soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, lime juice and sugar.

  6. Stir until onions are soft and you can break a pepper with the end of your spoon.

  7. Add chicken, stir until chicken turns white on all sides and one of the bigger pieces is white all the way through.

  8. Add the corn starch to a little tap water and pour into the wok.

  9. Stir everything until it starts to thicken, stir in cashews.

  10. Take off the heat, sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

  11. Serve with a little Sriracha or Bull Dog and rice.
