A salad my husband and I have for dinner regularly.

Recipe Ingredients for Everyday Salad

3 cups lettuce, romaine
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 cup chick peas
1 cup apples, sliced
1 tsp Splenda
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Everyday Salad

Mix all ingredients except last 4. Beat last 4 ingredients and toss together with the other ingredients.
