Recipe Ingredients for Everyday Flapjacks

3/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 large Egg
1 cup Skim Milk
1 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Everyday Flapjacks

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Mix wet ingredients in a measuring cup

  3. Whisk wet ingredients into dry

  4. Let stand 5 minutes

  5. Cook on heated griddle
