Recipe Directions for Every Day Egg Sandwich

Toast bread, wrap canadian bacon in paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds. Spray small glass bowl with nonstick spray, place egg in bowl, season to taste, cover and microwave 35-40 seconds depending on how soft you prefer. Place egg, bacon and cheese between toast and enjoy!
