Recipe Ingredients for Eva's Mexican Soup

1 1/2 lbs of chicken breast
1 cup squash
4 cups of water
1 medium carrot
1/2 large potato
1/2 cup brown rice
1 avocado
1 tbsp lime juice
15 tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Eva's Mexican Soup

  1. Boil the chicken breast in 4 cups of water with 1 clove of chopped garlic until chicken tender.

  2. Add the chopped veggies, and rice, flavor to taste, and cook for another 25 minutes. Garnish the soup with sliced avocado, lime slices and tortilla chips.
