130 grams Organic Wholegrain Spelt Flour
200 grams Tesco Strong Wholemeal Flour
20 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tuscany

Recipe Directions for Eva's Homemade Wholemeal Bread

Mix all ingredients together, add yeast if you like and then, likewarm water. Leave mix to stand for ~20', then bake. You can seperate the mix into muffin cases and have the bread in these portions.
