Family sized greens & veggie salad. Good for main course if you add lean turkey/chicken and cheese (but need to add meat & cheese & dressing in separately to you intake)

Recipe Ingredients for Eva's Family Salad

1 head, medium (6" dia) Lettuce, Iceberg
0.6 serving Leaf Lettuce
8 oz Lettuce Red or Green Leaf
4 oz Cubanelle Pepper
1 1/3 small raw Red Onion
6 small Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Eva's Family Salad

  1. Add:

  2. one medium chopped head iceburg

  3. 1 cup curly leaf lettuce

  4. 1 cup red/green leaf lettuce

  5. 4 oz. cubanelle peppers

  6. 1/3 of large red onion (or one sm.)

  7. 6 small button mushrooms
