Recipe Ingredients for Eugene's Chili (02/02/08)

2 lbs Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
4 green chili peppers
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
12 oz tomato paste
29 oz tomato sauce
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
16 oz red kidney beans
16 oz (Bush Brothers) Dark Red Kidney Beans
16 oz (Bush Brothers) Black Bean

Recipe Directions for Eugene's Chili (02/02/08)

Brown beef. Add chopped chili peppers and chopped onion, stir and fry. Add crushed garlic, stir and fry. Add beans, stir. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Stir and let simmer for 1 hour.
