6 oz Carrots, Baby
0.25 cup Olive Oil
3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Ethiopian Cabbage

slice carrots and onions, fry until soft . add sliced cabbage. Season with turmeric,salt, cumin. Add potatoes and cover during last 15 minutes of cooking (cut into 1" cubes)
