1/4 cup olive oil
4 carrots
1 onion
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 head cabbage
5 potato

Recipe Directions for Ethiopian Cabbage Dish

  1. slice vegetables thin, shred cabbage, peel and cube potaoes

  2. heat oil

  3. cook onion and carrots for 5 min

  4. add seasonings and cabbage

  5. cook 10 min more

  6. add potatoes

  7. cook until potatoes are tender (about 40 min)
