Recipe Ingredients for Espresso & Oat Truffles

125 grams Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
60 grams Oats, Instant or Rolled
10 grams Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Wilhelm Reuss
20 grams Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
1/4 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1/2 tsp, ground Cardamom
30 g Coconut Oil of Life, Organic Extra Virgin Oil

Recipe Directions for Espresso & Oat Truffles

  1. Mix all the ingredients and 1 cold shot espresso in a blender (or food processor) for 1 minute.

  2. Form 20 small round balls with your hands. Roll some of them in rolled oat and some in dried coconut.

  3. Put in the fridge for a while before serving.
