Recipe Ingredients for Espresso Black Bean Chili

1 serving Black Beans
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 Mug Coffee
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Espresso Black Bean Chili

Cook onions and garlic pan, stir in tomato, espresso, brown sugar, cinnamon, beans, and add water to cover. Bring to a boil, then lower heat. Cover and cook til beans soften, 30-40 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Cook until beans are tender, another 45 minutes or more.
