Recipe Ingredients for Espinaca dip

16 oz cream cheese
1/2 pint heavy cream
16 oz diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup jalapeno, diced
8 oz frozen spinach
2 cubes chicken bouillon
8 oz processed cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Espinaca dip

  1. This is best cooked in a crock pot.

  2. Mix all ingredients in the crock pot.

  3. Stir occasionally.

  4. For better taste and if you have time, mix the whipping cream, Rotel, jalapeno's, spinach, bouillon cubes, milk and chopped onion together in a sealed container and put in the refrigerator the night before you want to prepare it.
