the italian favorite with a garlic flavor

Recipe Ingredients for escarole & beans

2 head escarole
2 cloves garlic
1 chicken boullion cube
15 1/2 ounce cannelini beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for escarole & beans

wash the escarole, add to a 12 quart pan with 1.5 quarts water, add the garlic minced and the salt and boullion. Boil till tender, add the beans at the end with a pinch of red pepper for a little kick.
