Recipe Ingredients for E's WW Tuna Casserole

4 cups cooked egg noodles
1 & 1/2 cups raw onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup frozen corn
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
240 g canned tuna in water, flaked
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for E's WW Tuna Casserole

  1. Spray 9x13 glass casserole dish with PAM.

  2. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

  3. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with PAM, heat to medium. Saute onion and celery for about 2 minutes. Add the bell pepper, and corn and cook about 5 minutes longer.

  4. Preheat oven to 350F. Add condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, parsley and ground pepper and stir together.

  5. Add noodles to the casserole dish and stir in the soup and vegetable mixture. Top with breadcrumbs and bake in a 350F oven for 20 minutes until crumbs are crisp and mixture is bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
