45 g baby mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. dried basil

Place tomato and cheese slices on plate. Drizzle evenly with evoo, basil and balsamic vinegar. Serves 1.
