Recipe Ingredients for E's Skinny Rice Pudding

3 cups steamed rice
6 cups milk, 1%
1/2 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for E's Skinny Rice Pudding

  1. Combine milk, sugar and rice in a medium sauce pan.

  2. Heat on medium until thick, about 20 minutes. Stirring frequently to prevent burning - especially once it's boiling and started to thicken.

  3. Serve warm or transfer to a bowl and cover the surface of the pudding with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming.
