Recipe Ingredients for E's Polenta w Parmesan

3 cups water
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for E's Polenta w Parmesan

  1. Bring water to a boil and slowly add polenta.

  2. Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add parmesan and spread evenly into a parchment lined 9 inch round cake pan. Cool completely for at least 1 hour, cut into 4 wedges. (One serving = 1 wedge from the 9 inch round cake pan)
