Recipe Ingredients for E's Oatmeal Cranberry & White Chocolate Chip cookies

1 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons 2% milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups President's Choice Organics Quick Oats
2/3 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup white chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for E's Oatmeal Cranberry & White Chocolate Chip cookies

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.

  2. Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well.

  3. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, stir until thoroughly combined. Stir in oats, white chocolate chips and cranberries (breaking up larger pieces); mix well.

  4. Preheat oven to 375F. Drop cookies by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes for chew cookies, or 12 - 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
