Recipe Ingredients for E's Carmelized Apples

3 golden delicious apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. non-hydrogenated canola margarine
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for E's Carmelized Apples

  1. Melt margarine in a medium size non-stick skillet

  2. Add remaining ingredients and over low-medium heat cook apples until they're softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Turn heat to minimum to hold apples in pan until they're required.
