Vegetarian chili using [86223] (Yves Veggies) Veggie Ground Round Italian.

Recipe Ingredients for E's Black Bean and Corn Chili

16 oz. black beans, rinsed and drained
28 oz. tomatoes, drained and diced
2 cups Classico Tomato & Basil tomato sauce
2 cups frozen corn
16 oz. Veggie Ground Round Italian
1 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. canola oil
1 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for E's Black Bean and Corn Chili

  1. In a large pot saute onion and ground round in canola oil until opaque add spices, tomatoes, and tomato sauce and bring to a low boil.

  2. Reduce heat to low and add beans, stir together, and simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Add corn (still frozen) and simmer five more minutes, or until corn is warmed through but not overcooked.
