Excellent alternative to stove top Oatmeal. The smell of apples and cinnamon fills the house.

Recipe Ingredients for E's Baked Apple and Raisin Oatmeal

2 cups apples, unpeeled and chopped
2 2/3 cups PC Organic quick oats
1/2 cup raisins
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups skim milk, fluid
1/4 cup real maple syrup

Recipe Directions for E's Baked Apple and Raisin Oatmeal

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In casserole, stir together apples, oats, raisins, cinnamon, salt, milk and syrup.

  2. Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed. Pour additional milk over each serving if desired.
