75 11/20 oz Beef, Round, Eye Of Round
21.62 oz Onions
368 grams Celery
4 serving Wyler's Mrs. Grass Reduced Sodium Onion Soup Mix
5 serving 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
90 ml Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Racconto
16 oz. Mushrooms, raw
1 1/2 tbsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
32 oz Carrots, Baby

Recipe Directions for Ervin's Creamy Slow Cooker Beef Stew

  1. Trim beef of all visible fat.

  2. Slice onions & celery.

  3. Put beef, onions, celery, mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water, and spices to slow cooker.

  4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.

  5. Remove beef and use hand blender to puree onions and celery.

  6. Add beef back into pot.

  7. Add carrrots and mushrooms.

  8. Cook another 3-4 hours.

  9. Enjoy!
