1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup spinach
2 T flax seed meal
1 medium banana
0.125 cup tangerine

  1. Put liquid ingredients into blender.

  2. add fruit

  3. blend, add flaxseed meal

  4. blend, alternate between adding spinach and blending until magic bullet cup is full.
