My favorite cookies with wheat flour and flaxseed meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Erin's Favorite Cookies

1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Erin's Favorite Cookies

Mix dry ingredients. Set aside. Use mixer to blend sugars and butter, then add oil, vanilla, and eggs. Then mix in dry ingredients. Add one bag organic chocolate chips and bake at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes or until centers are soft-set.
