11 different types of grain with minimal sugar or fat! Do not try to follow this recipe from here as many ingerdients were changed to make the anaylsis work so i could get an estimate - this is not an actual recipe!

Recipe Ingredients for Erik's whole grain bread

1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbs salt
3 tbs yogurt
3 tbs wheat germ
3 cups white flour
3 tbs instant yeast
9 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup barley flour
1/2 cup rye flour
1 cup oats
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup ground flax seed
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Erik's whole grain bread

  1. Makes about 5 loaves with about 14 slices each.

  2. Mix all ingredients and knead until dough develops the gluten and then form into loaves and bake at 350 until internal temperature is 195 degrees.
