Chicken in mushroom sauce over rice

Recipe Ingredients for Erik's Chicken and Rice

2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cooked white rice
1 lb Chicken Thigh, Meat Only
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Erik's Chicken and Rice

  1. Dice/cube chicken.

  2. Heat medium size frying pan on medium-high and add margarine.

  3. Add chicken and brown until fully cooked, adding spice to taste. Stirring frequently.

  4. Add cream of mushroom soup and about 1 can of water. Mix thoroughly and reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. Boil or steam rice.

  6. Serve chicken on top of rice.
