Recipe Ingredients for Eric's Healthy Pizza-dillas

4 servings (2 cup) Eric's Healthy All-Purpose Pizza/Pasta Sauce
4 Low Carb Tortillas
4 servings (1 cup) fat free mozarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Eric's Healthy Pizza-dillas

  1. fold and tear tortillas in half

  2. place all 8 tortilla halves on baking sheet(s)

  3. bake plain tortilla halves at 400 degrees for 10 minutes -- remove from oven

  4. distribute sauce evenly over each tortilla half

  5. distribute cheese evenly over each tortilla half

  6. bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes (until cheese is melted)
