Recipe Ingredients for Erica's Italian Vegetable Soup

1 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
3 cup, chopped Cabbage
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 full glass (6.0 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
16 oz Chicken, ground, crumbles, cooked, pan-browned

Recipe Directions for Erica's Italian Vegetable Soup

mix all ingredients together, cook until done. Enjoy. Can also sprinkle Cheese on top instead of adding to the soup to lower calories.
