Recipe Ingredients for Epner New Wrap 3

4 oz Egg Substitute
1 tortilla The Fat Flush Plan Tortillas
2 tbsp Salsa
1 oz Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
0.5 cups Baby Spinach
0.25 cup Beans
2 mushroom Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Epner New Wrap 3

  1. cook everything but the totilla and the salsa in a non-stick pan

  2. put the tortilla on aluminum foil

  3. put cooked omelet on tortilla

  4. add salsa

  5. wrap up

  6. refrigerate

  7. reheat in morning in toaster oven for 8 minutes on bake
