100 grams UHT Whole Milk
0.25 grams Sea Salt
3 dash Pepper, Black
40 grams Organic Cheddar Cheese
164 grams Ham Applegate organic

Recipe Directions for Epinard roules au jambon

  1. Cook the spinach with just a little water. Add the creme fraiche, turn well and keep aside.

  2. Prepare the bechamel and add the spinach juice in it.

  3. In each slices of ham (here 5) add spinach and roll them. Place them in an oven pan and cover with the cheese and the bechamel. Bake it for 20 minutes at 370
