Tuna, or tuna and salmon salad with walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Ensaladilla de pescado

2 cans albacore tuna in water
2 bell peppers, diced
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dill
1 tablespoon pickled ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/8 cup nicoise olives, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup sour dill pickles, diced
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Ensaladilla de pescado

Chop and cut all necessary ingredients. Add canned fish. Mix chopped ingredients and fish so that it is all thoroughly mixed together. Add spices and liquid ingredients and mix those together. Serve with crackers, english muffins, or bread.
