Recipe Ingredients for Enhanced Oatmeal

40 oz oatmeal
3 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 gallons whole milk
1 1/2 lbs margarine
24 oz evaporated milk
1 pound brown sugar
3 cups dry milk powder

Recipe Directions for Enhanced Oatmeal

  1. Heat milk, butter, evaporated milk, brown sugar, and milk powder in kettle until 180 degrees F

  2. Add oatmeal and cook for at least 15 minutes

  3. Adjust thickness if needed with small amount of milk. If milk is added; heat to serving temperature
