Mashed potatoes enhanced to provide more calories & protein per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Enhanced Mashed Potatoes

2 lbs potatoes
1 cup Carnation Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 tablespoons milk powder

Recipe Directions for Enhanced Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.

  2. Return potatoes to saucepan; add evaporated milk, milk powder and butter.

  3. Beat with hand mixer until smooth.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.
