Recipe Ingredients for english wholewheat muffins

12 fl oz Milk
2 cups Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 cups Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil, Oat
1 tsp Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry

Recipe Directions for english wholewheat muffins

  1. Mke dough in a food mixer allow to prove for 1 hour in a warm room. knock dough back and roll out 1/12 inch thick cut 11 3 inch rounds.

  2. place on a polenta dusted baking sheet and prove for 20 minutes.

  3. heat a heavy based skillet and cook for 31/2 minutes each side or there abouts, leave to cool on a wire rack
