English Pea and Crab Salad Recipe

A refreshing summer side dish. Can also be the main dish.

Recipe Ingredients for English Pea and Crab Salad

14 ounce sweet peas
6 oz. crab meat
2 boiled eggs
4 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 cup onions
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. salt (celery or garlic salt)

Recipe Directions for English Pea and Crab Salad

  1. Drain and rinse peas and place in medium bowl.

  2. Drain crab meat and add to bowl.

  3. Chop eggs and add to peas and crab.

  4. Quarter cheese cubes and add to above.

  5. Chop onions (can use green onions) and add to mixture.

  6. Gently stir the ingredients.

  7. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salt.

  8. Add mayonnaise mixture to bowl and gently stir.

  9. Cover and let set several hours or overnight.
