Recipe Ingredients for English Muffin Veggie Pizza

1 muffin English Muffins, Whole-wheat
0.13 cup Sauce, pizza, canned, ready-to-serve
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2. oz Mushrooms
56 7/10 grams Onions
2 oz Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.33 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for English Muffin Veggie Pizza

  1. 1. Slice all the veggies as you like them for pizza.

  2. 2. Put 1 tsp olive oil in pan and saute veggies and spinach until tender-crisp.

  3. 3. While veggies are sauteing, toast the English muffin halves. Put side by side on an oven-proof plate.

  4. 4. Spread 1 TBS of pizza sauce on each muffin half.

  5. 5. Top with veggies, then sprinkle cheese evenly over all.

  6. 6. Heat in toaster or conventional oven until cheese is melted. 5-8 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
