Good for a quick breakfast, lunch or even a snack! Uses egg, ham, thomas' whole wheat english muffin and ketchup.

Recipe Ingredients for english muffin sandwhich

1 thomas whole wheat english muffin
1 egg omelet
1 tbs ketchup
1 slice ham

Recipe Directions for english muffin sandwhich

  1. toast english muffin

  2. take one egg and whip then pour on to pan sprayed with pam

  3. take english muffin when done and one each side add 1/2 tablespoon of ketchup (i use maggie's spicy ketchup only 25 cals per tablespoon)

  4. when egg is cooked put on one side in a triangle and heat ham on to frying pan and then place one the other half or take ham in half and place one on side and the other ham inside the egg.
