2 oz Eggs
2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 slices Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese

  1. toast english muffin

  2. cook up egg whites. (i use a microwave at work)

  3. top english muffin with a slice of tomato, the egg white and a thin slice or shredded mozzeralla cheese drizzled with lemon or lime juice and italian seasoning.
