I make 2 cups of coffee with this, hence the milk. nice savory start to teh day when you don't want anything sweet or heavy.

1 3/5 slices whole wheat bread, (used to make proper calories for a Thomas' "double Fiber" Englsih Muffin)
2 tablespoons hummus, plain
1 ounce proscuitto
1/3 cup milk

Recipe Directions for english muffin, hummus, proscuitto breakfast with coffee

  1. toast the english muffin

  2. spread each half with 1 T hummus

  3. layer one piece proscuitto on each

  4. enjoy with coffee
