Delicious, easy breakfast sandwich. Also really good with a few slices of avocado!

Recipe Ingredients for english muffin breakfast sandwich

1 muffin Thomas' Light Multi Grain English Muffin
1 wedge Light Original Swiss Spreadable Cheese Wedges
1 large Egg, Whole
6 spray I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray

Recipe Directions for english muffin breakfast sandwich

  1. Split and toast one Thomas' Light Multigrain english muffin.

  2. Meanwhile, fry one egg in non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook to your desired "done-ness" (a slightly runny yolk makes a really tasty sauce for this sandwich).

  3. Spray toasted muffin with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, and spread one half of Laughing Cow light cheese wedge (the best is Garlic and Herb) onto each half of the muffin.

  4. Place cooked egg on one half of the muffin, at fresh cracked pepper and sea salt. Cover with the top of the muffin, and enjoy!
