Recipe Ingredients for English Muffin BLT

2 serving Turkey Bacon
1 tbsp Free Nonfat Dressing
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
10 leaf Spinach
0.92 serving English Muffin

Recipe Directions for English Muffin BLT

  1. Shread spinach into small pieces.

  2. Use 1/4" tomato slice and cube into pieces.

  3. Take 2 strips turkey bacon and split into small pieces.

  4. In small bowl; mix dressing, turkey bacon, tomato, and spinach.

  5. Toast english muffin.

  6. Spread BLT mixture over both halves of the muffin for 2 open face BLT style english muffins.
